It is being sourced cleaned up & packed from Bhal Area of Gujarat where   Wheat is sown after Diwali. After monsoon the soil retains the water for  longer period and then wheat is sown in it. No other agricultural input  neither Fertilizer nor Pesticides used. Even harvesting is also done manually.
